Ingredients1 pack (12oz) of Thick Cut, No Sugar Added Bacon (about 8 slices)
1 wheel (8oz) of Double Cream Brie Cheese
8 tbs of Sugar Free Raspberry Jam
3 tbs of Grass Fed Butter
8 slices of Sola Golden Wheat Bread
Directions1. Heat a pan to a low to medium heat and cook the bacon according to package instructions.
2. While the bacon is cooking cut the Brie wheel into slices.
3. Butter the outside of each slice of bread and add 1 tbs of jam to the inside of each slice.
4. Build your sandwich by adding two strips of bacon and about three slices of brie to each sandwich.
5. Add your sandwich, buttered side down, to the pan and cook on each side for about 3-5 min, until your bread is golden, and the cheese has melted.
Optional Addition: Add a handful of fresh Arugula to each sandwich before cooking.
