Total time: 30 min
Ingredients

-1/4 cup of Dutch Cholate Coco powder
-3/4 cup of Sola Sweetener
-1/2 tsp Baking Powder
-1/4 tsp of Xanthan Gum
-1 tablespoon of Instant Coffee
-1/2 cup of Sola Double Chocolate Granola
-1/2 cup of Sugar Free Chocolate Chips (We used Lilly’s Semi-Sweet)
-10 tablespoons of Unsalted Grass Fed Butter
-2oz of Sugar Free Dark Chocolate
-3 eggs at room temperature
Directions

2. Whisk together your dry ingredients, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, instant coffee, xanthan gum, and Sola Sweetener.
3. Add your dark chocolate and butter to a microwave safe bowl and melt together. Then whisk in your eggs. Make sure your butter chocolate mixture is not too hot so it wont cook the eggs.
4. Now add your wet mixture to your dry mixture and mix thoroughly until everything is combined. Next fold in your chocolate chips and Sola granola.
5. Transfer your batter into your baking dish and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool your brownies for 30 minutes up to 24 hours in the fridge and slice into 16 pieces and enjoy!
