Ingredients

¾ cup white wine vinegar
1½ tablespoons whole black peppercorns, coarsely ground
3 large shallots, peeled and minced
1 tarragon sprig
Kosher salt, to taste

CRACKERS
4 slices of Sola Golden Wheat Bread (cut into 4ths)
2 tbs of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tbs of Fresh Chopped Rosemary
1 tbs of Sea Salt

Directions
Directions1. Sauce: In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir well to combine. Let sit for 1 hour at room temperature, then serve.
2. While sauce is settling make the crackers. Roll out each slice of bread until flat and cut each slice of bread sides off (crusts) and brush both sides with olive oil then top each slice with sea salt and rosemary.
3. Place the bread into the oven at 375 for 15 min until golden brown and crisp. Air fryer method: Place the bread into the air fryer at 375 for 6 min, flipping the bread halfway through.
4. Shuck the oysters and serve with the sauce and crackers.
