  • 6 Sola Low-Carb Dinner Rolls
  • (2) 6oz Filets
  • 2 TBSP of Horseradish
  • 2 TBSP of Olive Oil Mayonnaise
  • 2 TBSP of Sour Cream
  • 1 TBSP Dijon Mustard
  • 1 TBSP Black Pepper
  • 1 TBSP Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper

  1. Half and lightly toast your Sola dinner rolls
  2. Pat your Filets dry and season generously with salt and pepper on all sides.
  3. Heat a large skillet with oil and sear your steaks on both sides for 4-5min then flip and sear the other side for 3-4min until the internal temp reached between 130°F - 140°For medium-rare.
  4. Let your steaks rest while you make the sauce.
  5. In a small bowl combine your horseradish, mayo, sour cream, mustard, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix until combined and add salt to taste.
  6. Once the steak has rested, cut both filets in thin slices.
  7. Assemble your sliders. Take your Sola toasted buns and add your sauce to both the top and the bottom buns, then add your thinly sliced steak to the middle and enjoy!
