  • 2 Plain Sola Bagels, halved
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. of heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp. of Sola Sugar 
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract 
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon 
  • 2 tbsp. of butter 
  • 1 cup fresh berries of choice 
Glaze
  • ¼ cup of cream cheese
  • ¼ cup of unsalted butter
  • ½ Sola sugar, powdered 
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  1. In a shallow bowl, mix together your egg, cream, Sola sugar, vanilla and cinnamon and then soak each of the half bagels in the mixture. Leave them to soak for about 5 min to soak up as much of the mixture as possible.
  2.  Next heat your skillet to a medium heat and add in your butter and fry each slice of Sola bagels until golden brown on each side, about 3 min each side.
  3. Next add all your glaze ingredients into a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 45 seconds until combined. 
  4. Top your Sola Bagel French toasts with your glaze and berries and enjoy!
