  • 2 tbsp. avocado oil mayonnaise 
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard 
  • 4 slices of Sola Golden Wheat Bread, Toasted 
  • 2 cups leftover roasted turkey, sliced 
  • ½ cup leftover cauliflower mash
  • ½ cup low carb cranberry sauce 
  • ½ cup low carb leftover stuffing 
  • ¼ cup of warm turkey gravy 
  • ¼ cup of baby spinach

  1. Mix together in a small bowl the mayo and mustard and smear mixture onto all four slices of your bread. 
  2. Next top each of two slices of bread with one cup of Turkey, ¼ cup of Mashed Cauliflower, 2 tbsp of Cranberry Sauce, ¼ cup of stuffing, spinach and top with 2 tbsp of gravy. 
  3. Top with your other slice of bread and serve! Optional: You can place the sandwiches in the panini maker or oven for a hot take
