Ingredients

- 2 tbsp. avocado oil mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 4 slices of Sola Golden Wheat Bread, Toasted
- 2 cups leftover roasted turkey, sliced
- ½ cup leftover cauliflower mash
- ½ cup low carb cranberry sauce
- ½ cup low carb leftover stuffing
- ¼ cup of warm turkey gravy
- ¼ cup of baby spinach
Directions

- Mix together in a small bowl the mayo and mustard and smear mixture onto all four slices of your bread.
- Next top each of two slices of bread with one cup of Turkey, ¼ cup of Mashed Cauliflower, 2 tbsp of Cranberry Sauce, ¼ cup of stuffing, spinach and top with 2 tbsp of gravy.
- Top with your other slice of bread and serve! Optional: You can place the sandwiches in the panini maker or oven for a hot take ☺
