2 tablespoons unsweetened almond butter

2 fresh strawberries, sliced

 

 

 

Peanut Butter-Blueberry Sandwiches

2 Slices Sola Low Carb Bread, variety of your choice

1 tablespoon sugar-free blueberry jam

2 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter

1 tablespoon fresh blueberries

  1. Spread one slice of bread with the nut butter and the other with the no sugar added jam.
  2. Add the sliced strawberries or fresh blueberries and sandwich together.
  3. Slice the sandwiches into fingers or triangles and enjoy.
