1 tablespoon sugar-free strawberry jam
2 tablespoons unsweetened almond butter
2 fresh strawberries, sliced
Peanut Butter-Blueberry Sandwiches
2 Slices Sola Low Carb Bread, variety of your choice
1 tablespoon sugar-free blueberry jam
2 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter
1 tablespoon fresh blueberries
Directions

- Spread one slice of bread with the nut butter and the other with the no sugar added jam.
- Add the sliced strawberries or fresh blueberries and sandwich together.
- Slice the sandwiches into fingers or triangles and enjoy.
