Strawberry PB&J MilkshakesWe love the classic combination of strawberry and peanut butter in this simple milkshake recipe. Feel free to use any of our delicious Sola ice cream flavors. Garnish with whipped cream and your favorite toppings for a fun and indulgent treat!

Ingredients1 pint Sola Strawberry Swirl Ice Cream
2 cups (480 ml) unsweetened almond milk
½ cup heavy cream
1 cup (165 g) strawberries, hulled, sliced, and frozen
2 tablespoons Sola sweetener
1 tablespoon smooth, unsweetened peanut butter
¼ teaspoon salt

Unsweetened whipped cream
No sugar added strawberry jam
- Remove the ice cream from the freezer and thaw at room temperature for 5 minutes.
- Scoop the ice cream out of the container into a high-powered blender and add the almond milk, cream, frozen strawberries, Sola sweetener, peanut butter, and salt, and blend for 1 minute until smooth.
- Spread peanut butter around the outside rim of each serving glasses then roll in chopped peanuts to coat. Drizzle a teaspoon of no added sugar strawberry jam and unsweetened smooth peanut butter inside each glass and then divide the milkshake between the 4 serving glasses. Top with whipped cream, fresh strawberries, extra chopped peanuts, and a straw!
