Great Keto Option
I've tried many versions of Keto bagels in my search for an acceptable substitute. Most are spongy with little taste. These bagels actually taste like normal bagels.. and for Keto that's saying a lot! I would highly recommend these!
Butter Bagels
I have been using Sola products for a few years now. I have tried many of the various products and everything I have tried, I have enjoyed. I am especially fond of the butter bagels. Soft, buttery, slightly sweet, perfect.
Please make a plant-based version
I would love a bagel that came preloaded with butter-rather, vegan butter. Your plain bagels are bomb and I've heard great things from a friend as well as the reviews: I'm particularly excited about the brioche-like experience that eating these bagels supposedly is. Please, please, please tell me there's a plant-based version coming! <3

Hi Rachel! We are happy to report that all of our bread, bagels and buns are vegetarian. All of our products are also vegan, except for our Sweet & Buttery varieties, which use a flavoring made from milk. Enjoy!

Ever since I started trying to lose weight and cut my carbs, I thought that I would never again be able to enjoy another bagel! Well I was wrong!! I was shocked at the soft, chewy texture of these bagels, and the flavor...omg!! They are SO yummy! JUST as good as any other bagel! I don't even know how these bread bakers at Sola are able to produce a bagel SO GOOD that has only 6 grams of carbs but 18 grams if protein at the same time? Truly amazing. Will you pay a little more? Perhaps, but it is totally worth it to me to be able to keep my carb levels down and lose weight while still enjoying delicious bread and bagels!!
