Ingredients

1 slice Sola® Golden Wheat bread

1 tablespoon pre-prepared low-sugar pizza sauce

3 tablespoons cheese of your choice, shredded

1 pinch dried oregano flakes

2 slices pepperoni

Sola's bread makes an excellent base for a quick-and-easy pizza-style toast. Simply add your favorite toppings and bake for five minutes until golden and bubbling. 

  1. Preheat the oven to 450F/220C.
  2. Lightly toast the Sola bread in your toaster.
  3. Place the bread slice onto a baking sheet and spread the pizza sauce on top. Sprinkle the cheese, oregano, and pepperoni slices on top.
  4. Place into the oven and bake for 5-8 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  5. Serve immediately. Add a side salad to make a meal!
